MINDFULNESS

My story

Mindful Village®

MV Logo.jpg

Mindful Village® is a secular eight week on-demand program geared towards parents/caregivers of  neurodivergent children. It first launched around five years ago and is being redone to cover the lifespan of toddlerhood to young adulthood and to emphasize the neuro-affirming paradigm.

The four core components of the program; mindfulness; positive psychology; neuroscience, and compassion, are combined with a low-demand parenting style and a neuro-affirming perspective. Most people do not have the time, energy, or resources to train in all the evidence-based programs which ultimately led to the creation of Mindful Village®.

The primary goal in creating this program was because this is something I wished existed when I first started looking for alternates to behavior therapy and traditional parenting techniques. So I set out to create a program which combined the practices I had found the most beautiful to implement and which ultimately lead to a more joyful relationship with my son. Also, as many parents, like myself, are also neurodivergent, these practices will help in healing and empowering the whole family.

In addition, one of the biggest benefits is the ability to do it online if you are in a remote area or have limited time/financial resources. This program is a much more affordable than weeks and months of training in these areas or paying someone else to teach you 1:1.

The actual program website is being updated but here is an outline of the modules in the program:

Mindful Village® will be live towards the end of April, 2025. It is available for $444 until April 15th as a pre-sale special and will be available for $555 after that!

As part of the program,  you will get 8 weeks free access to a private parenting community in which I will answer Q&As, do live meditations, breathwork, and more. You can also join this community without buying the program.

If you would like to be a part of this supportive community of other parents of neurodivergent children, as well as receiving additional resources and sessions from me, you are welcome to join it below:
