ABOUT

My Story

"Love is the answer to every question you've ever had."

I started using mindfulness for my son around 2007 (but not for "me"). In 2012-3, I went through multiple major life changes, including a separation/divorce, the decision to work from home to care for my son, plus a spiritual journey. That was when I finally started using mindfulness for myself. The end result was the life-altering decision to have all aspects of my life reflect my newfound belief in the ability of mindfulness and love to transform and heal. This beautiful realization came through spiritual retreats and a personal meditation and Sufi practice, but I also wanted professional credibility so I could teach this to others (especially other parents of neurodivergent children). So, I re-trained in mindfulness via several different evidence-based programs and decided to create my own when I couldn't find one that met all my needs as a professional and as a parent. I would love to share my newfound peace and joy of living with you, whether you are a neurodivergent adult looking for answers, the parent of a neurodivergent child struggling to connect with your child, or just someone on your own spiritual journey.
