VIP Psychological Assessment

Are you an adult female/genderqueer/trans- with concerns that you may be Autistic? If you would like to make a telehealth appointment to assess the possibility and see if further evaluation is warranted, we can schedule an initial intake.  Please note: Clients must reside or be present in California, Georgia, Florida, New Mexico, or any of the PSYPACT states during all sessions (see last paragraph on this page or header at the top). After the intake, I will let you know if testing is recommended. If you decide to proceed with the evaluation, then there are three Adult Autism Assessment Packages available depending on your needs:

(2) Package A: Complete developmental/social history with assessment measures, as well a feedback session plus a medical ID card and letters of diagnoses and recommendations. This package has NO write-up included.

(2) Package B: Complete developmental/social history with assessment measures, as well a feedback session with a 4-5 page summary of findings plus a medical ID card and letters of diagnoses and recommendations.

(3) Package C: All of the above, plus a more detailed lengthy report (usually 9-10 pages) with more specific individualized test results, tables/graphs, and more integration about findings, particularly taking a strengths-based approach.

THE ONLY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE THREE PACKAGES IS THE WRITE-UP (none with package A, summary with package B, and full-length report with package C). ALL ELSE (including letters, ID) IS INCLUDED.

I consider these packages a VIP experience because I provide excellent communication during the process and am also available to my clients for follow up.

Please note that I am a neurodiverse-affirming practitioner. All recommendations and reports reflect this positive, strengths-based approach.

Please scroll below for more info and see FAQs about insurance. For HIPAA compliance, please contact and/or book solely through my secure email (, not through my website.

All three assessment packages consists of three sessions. The initial session is the comprehensive intake interview which usually lasts an hour. This is followed by the assessment session, which can last up to 2.5 hours. In this session, we delve into social history, as well as using multiple collaborative assessment measures to gauge challenging areas. Finally, in the follow-up which is around 30-45 minutes, we go over the results and discuss recommendations (followed by a report/summary  if you pick packages B or C).

The intake by itself is $444. If you proceed with testing, the price of the intake is included in the package price. All three sessions (intake, testing, feedback), as well as the letters & ID card, are included in all three packages. The ONLY difference is the write-up (none vs summary vs full length). ***FSA/HSA credit cards can be accepted. Please note that payment is due 24 hours before the intake and 48 hours before the testing.***

Package A, which has no write-up at the end, is currently priced at $1111.

Package B, which includes the 4-5 page summary, is currently priced at $1444.

Package C, which includes the detailed 9-10 page report, is currently priced at $1888.

Please note that I do not accept insurance but am happy to provide a superbill which you can submit to your insurance company. I am also unable to offer sliding scale on assessments at this time, primarily due to the time commitment I offer each client, both during and post-sessions.

→ As part of these packages, your will gain a more personalized service with me. This includes answering your questions before, during, and after our sessions via email, as well as making recommendations in the future when I find great resources. Your experience with me will not be a "One and Done!" I am vested in my clients, now and in the future. Hence, why I call them VIP experiences.

The reason why this is the only psychological service I offer is that I am passionate about Autism! I trained in autism assessment in the 90s. My first introduction to autism was at Emory University, where I did family therapy and later worked as their Triage Coordinator. My additional trainings were also geared towards Autism, though I became very interested in the science behind it so focused on neuropsychology. Ironically, I had an autistic child after I graduated. Interestingly, after countless hours spent with clients with whom I completely resonated, I have come to realize that I am also neurodivergent, but with sensory processing issues.

There is a vast shortage of experienced practitioners able to diagnose autism, especially for adult females/genderqueer/trans- individuals, and waiting lists are months long in many places (because I am so niched and have a very flexible schedule, I can usually get clients in within 1-2 months). The reason I focus on these populations is because they are underserved and there is a lack of providers who can do an accurate, compassionate assessment.

→ Please note that I have decades of experience in autism, both professionally and personally. In addition, I am a Certified Autism Specialist with the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards ( which requires at least 10 years of experience in the field, peer recommendations, an exam, plus 14 hours of autism continuing education for renewal.

→ One of the reasons I've decided to focus on telehealth only, is because I'd like to offer my services to those who are in rural areas or areas with few providers. Also, I get to see my clients in their safe space where they are more relaxed. You are welcome to wear your comfy clothing, bring in your pets, loved one, weighted blankets, etc., during our sessions.

→ Telehealth sessions are conducted online via Zoom, which is a secure HIPAA compliant platform. Please ensure a reliable internet connection and a quiet area in which to connect. Headphones/earbuds are helpful if you wish to tune out outside noise. Please contact me if you have any questions/concerns about using this platform.

Due to licensure rules, psychologists are only allowed to practice if they have permission in the state in which the client is located at time of contact. I can currently complete telehealth assessments for clients located in CA, GA, FL, NM, and all of the PSYPACT states (currently:  AL, AR, AZ, CO, CNMI, CT, DE, DC, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MD, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY but please see for updated information as new states are being added monthly).
