Intensives

Intensives are run as 1-5 day virtual & in-person events with individuals and/or groups.

All intensives are trauma informed, culturally sensitive, TGDQ affirming, and neurodivergent-affirming.

Why do an intensive?

Real change takes time and space.
In weekly sessions, life often gets in the way. You arrive with the best intentions, but there’s only so much you can process before the hour ends. By the time the next week comes, you’re starting all over again.

An intensive gives you something different: uninterrupted focus, continuity, and depth.

It’s a sacred pause, a few dedicated days to gently reset your nervous system, restore emotional balance, and practice new ways of being in real time.

What the Science Says

Research on mindfulness retreats, trauma intensives, and immersive learning shows that when you stay engaged for longer stretches:

  • Your brain forms new connections more efficiently (neuroplasticity).

  • Stress hormones drop while calming systems activate.

  • You remember and apply what you learn more easily.

  • You experience measurable reductions in anxiety, burnout, and emotional fatigue.

Even short 2–5 day retreats have been shown to increase calm, compassion, and clarity - benefits that can take months to achieve in weekly sessions.

In Essence

Weekly work helps maintain progress.
Intensives help you transform.

They’re designed for people who are ready to go deeper — to step out of the noise, reconnect with themselves, and make meaningful changes that last.

Each intensive is curated for the particular person or group but I've listed common themes and practices we may cover below.  Pricing varies but depends on the theme, the length, etc., and starts at $1500 for individual and $777 for groups.

Application requires a clarity call with me - please email to set up a time we can connect:  rs@drrabia.com

Joyful Rooftop Celebration

Return to Joy: A Virtual Retreat for Sensitive Souls

There is a quiet joy that lives beneath all the noise, a joy that doesn’t depend on circumstances, productivity, or perfection.

It’s the joy of simply being, of breathing, of coming home to yourself.

This retreat is a gentle invitation to rediscover that joy.
Together, we’ll explore how self-compassion, mindfulness, and neuroscience can help you reconnect with aliveness, even after burnout, overwhelm, or long seasons of emotional fatigue.

Through guided reflection, somatic grounding, and soulful conversation, you’ll learn to:
* Reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm of ease and pleasure.
* Release patterns of overgiving and self-criticism.
* Rewire your nervous system toward calm and gratitude.
* Cultivate daily moments of joy that feel authentic.

This retreat isn’t about chasing happiness.

It’s about remembering who you are when you feel safe enough to smile again.
You’ll leave with a lighter heart, a rested nervous system, and simple tools to keep joy close, even when life feels heavy.

Because joy is not a reward. It’s your birthright.
